Standard Shipping Times excluding phenomena that's beyond our control:
- USPS: Delivery in 5-7 Business days after processing.
- UPS Standard Ground: Delivery in 7-10 business days after processing.
- UPS 2nd Day: Delivery guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
- UPS Next Day Air: Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
- Two-day and Overnight orders given priority:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after NOON PST will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed after NOON PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
- Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Refusal of Delivery = Item Return
Delivery refusal of any order placed will be returned to our warehouse. All returns, including those returned due to delivery refusal, are subject to our return policies. Please read our return policies. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
- The packing slip or receipt must accompany the garment.
- All garments are subject to inspection. Les Lunes reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- A restocking fee of $6.99 will be charged on all returned orders.
- Please email email@example.com to request a return shipping label.
- Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a refund in the amount paid, excluding the original shipping costs and the $6.99 restocking fee. We will process your refund accordingly. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return shipping labels.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please make sure to follow our returns instructions, you can either make an exchange, or we will mail a gift certificate out to you once we receive the returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver notifying them of the return.
